Terms of Service

By purchasing and using RankifyAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The Service

RankifyAI is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to help users create optimized product listings for platforms including Etsy and eBay. Access is granted via a license key purchased through our payment processor (Stripe).

2. License & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key via email. This key grants you personal, non-transferable access to the Service for the duration of your purchased plan (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days).

• License keys are for single-user use only.
• Sharing, selling, or distributing your key to others is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke keys found to be in violation of these terms.

3. Usage Limits

Each plan includes a daily usage limit based on your tier:

• Starter: 250 AI generations per day
• Pro: 500 AI generations per day

Unused generations do not roll over to the next day. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and used.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the Service, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will investigate.
• There are no automatic recurring charges. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed access period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that violates Etsy, eBay, or any other platform's terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
• Use automated tools to make requests to our backend beyond normal extension usage.
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

RankifyAI generates listing content using third-party AI models. While we aim for high quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will:

• Result in improved sales or search rankings
• Be free from errors or inaccuracies
• Be unique or original

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it to any platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services (AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers) or scheduled maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

RankifyAI, its branding, code, and website are the intellectual property of the Service owner. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankifyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
